Jigawa State Governor, Malam Umar Namadi, has openly criticised the member representing Hadejia, Auyo, and Kafin Hausa Federal Constituency, Hon. Ibrahim Usman, describing him as the worst representative the constituency has ever produced.
The governor made the remark on Monday while receiving a delegation from Auyo Local Government Area on a solidarity visit to the Government House in Dutse.
Namadi accused the lawmaker of failing to execute any meaningful developmental projects across the three local government areas throughout his 11 years in the National Assembly.
He further described Hon. Usman as one of the lawmakers who merely occupy office without making any significant contributions to legislation or constituency development.
The governor challenged the federal lawmaker to test his popularity by seeking re-election under any opposition party if he believes he enjoys strong support from the people.
