Background and Contex
t
One of our clients is implementing a structured partner engagement delivery approach to strengthen the effectiveness, sustainability, and impact of its high-priority partners. These partners operate at varying levels of organizational maturity and face challenges related to strategic clarity, mission alignment, and articulation of impact.

To address this, our client seeks to provide targeted, practical support to assess and align organizational structures, leadership, and operations with strategic priorities. Also, this support is intended to provide actionable recommendations to strengthen selected partners’ organizational strategy, clarify their mission and value proposition, and enhance their ability to define and deliver measurable impact. Our client intends to engage qualified consultants to deliver this support in a tailored, action-oriented manner.
Objective of this EngagementThe objective of this consultancy is to provide targeted strategic support to select partners to:

Assess and evaluate organizational strategy and strategic priorities. Provide recommendations on the alignment of mission, vision, and value proposition with actual areas of work. Assess and provide recommendations to sharpen impact focus, including outcomes, beneficiaries, and success measures. Assess and provide options to improve alignment between strategy, structure, leadership, and opactionabl Develop practical, actionable recommendations and implementation pathways.

Scope of WorkThe consultant will work closely with our client and selected partners to deliver integrated support across three core areas, utilizing a participatory, co-creation approach that treats faculty and/or leadership as co-authors and transfers knowledge along the way.
