BlueDutch has recorded another industry milestone as its Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Candace Ebhomielen, received the ELOY Award for Excellence in Real Estate and Construction in recognition of her contributions to Nigeria’s property sector.
The recognition reflects Ebhomielen’s leadership in driving residential development, infrastructure delivery, and community-focused real estate projects through BlueDutch, which has continued expanding its footprint across multiple states in Nigeria.
Speaking on her approach to real estate development, Ebhomielen said every project should be driven by purpose rather than simply the desire to build.
