
The Presidential Candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress NDC, Peter Obi, has said that the 2027 general election will be a contest between Nigerians and the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Obi made the remark while speaking on the state of the nation and the country’s political future.
He maintained that Nigerians are becoming increasingly concerned about the direction of the country and are eager to see improvements in governance.
The former Anambra State governor also repeated his long-held position on the outcome of the 2023 presidential election.
According to him, he remains convinced that he won the election but was denied victory through irregularities in the electoral process.
