As rising property prices continue to push home ownership beyond the reach of many Nigerians, Reyfield Properties has unveiled UNITORA, a new real estate platform aimed at expanding access to income-generating property through shared ownership, with the theme, ‘Stop working for money. Let property do the work’.

Samuel Ndubuisi-Brown, managing director of the company, stated this while addressing a media conference before the commencement of the event held at Tide Hotels and Resorts in Abuja.

According to Ndubuisi, the Reyfieid initiative was developed in response to the growing number of Nigerians who believe in the value of real estate but are unable to participate because of the high cost of entry.

He said UNITORA was designed to create a simpler pathway into property ownership, allowing more people to own a share of income-generating real estate while building long-term wealth.

He said that the company believed the future of real estate
