Infinity Microfinance Bank Limited has reported a major expansion in its lending operations, growing its overall loan portfolio 58 per cent to reach N6.1bn for the 2025 financial year, up from N3.89bn recorded in 2024.
The announcement was made by the Chairman of the bank, Mrs Clara Oloniniyi, during the institution’s 19th Annual General Meeting held in Lagos.
Addressing shareholders, Oloniniyi detailed the bank’s active credit creation throughout the year, revealing that total loan disbursements reached N12.88bn, marking a 64 per cent year-on-year increase compared to the N7.87bn disbursed during the 2024 financial year.
The significant surge in lending activity translated into strong bottom-line growth, with Infinity MfB reporting a 90.5 per cent jump in Profit After Tax, which rose to N634.15m in 2025 from N332.8m in the previous year.
