A staff member of record label Chocolate City has filed a lawsuit against rapper Odumodublvck, accusing him of assault during a music festival in Lagos last year.

The claimant, who serves as a project manager and public relations officer in the music industry and an employee of Chocolate City Limited, filed the suit at the Lagos state high court.

The incident allegedly occurred on December 22, 2025, at the Flyfest Flytime Music Festival, held at Eko Hotel.

According to court documents dated June 6, 2026, the claimant was present at the event in his professional capacity as project manager for an artiste signed to Chocolate City Limited.

The documents state that what began as a friendly conversation between the rapper and the claimant’s artiste “turned to aggression and threats,” with Odumodublvck allegedly making comments about “ending” the claimant.
