Reality show attracts brands targeting consumer market

Gordon’s has renewed its sponsorship of Big Brother Naija Season 11, extending its marketing partnership with one of Africa’s largest entertainment platforms as brands continue to leverage the reality television show to engage consumers.

The gin brand said in a statement that it would support the new season through in-house experiences, brand activations and digital content aimed at connecting with viewers during the programme.

Commenting on the partnership, Gordon’s spokesperson and Head of the White Spirits MSS Portfolio, Olusegun Akinyemiju, said the brand’s return reflected its confidence in the platform’s ability to engage audiences.
