Fuji music star Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly known as KWAM 1 or K1 De Ultimate, has drawn attention on social media after a video showed him singing about “unnecessary pregnancy” during a stage performance, days after a woman publicly alleged that he abandoned her and their 12-year-old daughter.
PUNCH Online reports that the controversy followed a viral interview granted to Feel Right TV by Ogechi Eleana, who alleged that the singer refused to take responsibility for their daughter, Azeezat.
Eleana, a graduate of Lagos State University, claimed she worked as KWAM 1’s manicurist and pedicurist before their relationship developed.
According to her, they dated for more than seven years, during which she became pregnant with Azeezat.
She alleged that when she informed the Fuji singer about the pregnancy, he urged her to terminate it and promised to send money through one of his aides for the abortion.
