Telecommunications infrastructure company, Dimension Data Limited, has raised N4.05bn through the first tranche of its N20bn bond programme as it seeks to expand its fibre network and support rising demand for digital connectivity in Nigeria.
The company completed the signing ceremony for its Series 1 corporate bond following a successful subscription, with proceeds expected to finance the expansion of its fibre infrastructure across the country.
Speaking at the ceremony, Managing Director of Dimension Data Limited, Olugbenga Olabiyi, said the funding milestone reflected the company’s commitment to strengthening Nigeria’s digital economy through investments in critical technology infrastructure.
