Over 400 children living with autism and other special needs, alongside their caregivers, have benefited from the second round of the You Matter Charity Foundation’s (YMCF) free medical outreach across Delta State.
Tobore Oborevwori, founder of the foundation and wife of the Delta State Governor, revealed this during the programme in the Isoko Federal Constituency. She called for increased acceptance and inclusion of children living with autism and other special needs.
Held at the Isoko North Local Government Council Secretariat in Ozoro, the initiative was designed to provide free medical services and break the stigma associated with special needs.

“Children living with autism and other special needs are uniquely gifted. They deserve to be embraced, protected and given every opportunity to realize their God-given potential,” she said.
