The Presidency has expressed condolences to President Bola Tinubu’s Special Assistant on Social Media, Olusegun Dada, following the death of his father, Chief Idowu Folorunsho Dada, at the age of 91.
The condolence was contained in a statement issued on Tuesday by the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.
Earlier on Tuesday, Segun Dada announced his father’s passing in a post on X, writing, “Goodnight Dad. Till we meet to never part again. Say hello to mum.”
President Tinubu described the late Chief Dada as a man whose life was defined by integrity, discipline and compassion.
According to the statement, Chief Dada had a distinguished career as a former Sales Manager at NEXAN Kablemetal Nigeria Plc, earning the admiration and respect of all who encountered him.
