A’Ibom groups unite for Tinubu’s second term bid

The Eyewitness Network, a national support movement for the re-election of President Bola Tinubu, and the Akwa Ibom Christian Embassy, a faith-based organisation, have decided to unite in support of the second term aspirations of the President.

This followed the decision of the Akwa Ibom Christian Embassy to collapse its structure into the Network in support of the President’s second-term bid.

The announcement was made during the monthly general meeting of the Akwa Ibom Christian Embassy (AKICEM) in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State capital, on Monday.

The President, Akwa Ibom Christian Embassy, Apostle Peters Udoh, said AKICEM has been in existence since 2018 with branches spread across Akwa Ibom State, adding that the leadership of the organisation had resolved to collapse its structure of over 3,000 members into the Eyewitness Network after carefully observing the network’s activities and commitment to supporting the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
