More than 57 million people around the world now have wealth of at least $1 million, according to the UBS Global Wealth Report 2026. The report shows that millionaire populations continued to grow across major economies, although wealth remains concentrated in a small number of countries.
The United States and China alone account for about half of all dollar millionaires worldwide. Their large economies, financial markets and business sectors continue to support wealth creation on a scale not seen elsewhere.

Europe also remains home to several countries with large millionaire populations, while Asia continues to strengthen its position through Japan, China and South Korea. Canada and Australia complete the top 10, reflecting continued household wealth growth.
