Mohammed Odeh Adah, the Nigerian real estate businessman popularly known as King Ochacho, has officially presented TikTok influencer Habeeb ‘Peller‘ Hamzat with the documentation for a property valued at N400 million.
The presentation, which took place during a live stream on Friday, followed Ochacho’s announcement last week that he would gift Peller a house to commemorate his wedding to Amadou ‘Jarvis’ Elizabeth.
During the event, Ochacho described the property as a “little part” of his larger plans for Peller. The gesture came after Peller had informed Ochacho that some critics doubted the promise would be fulfilled. In response, the businessman invited Peller to collect the documents.
