
Kwara State Government has commenced free online registration for the 2026 Placement Examination into public junior secondary schools across the state, with the exercise to be conducted through a dedicated online platform.
The government said the examination, popularly known as the Common Entrance Examination, is designed for eligible Primary Six pupils seeking admission into public junior secondary schools in the state.
This was contained in a statement issued on Monday by the Press Secretary of the Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development, Peter Amogbonjaye.
According to the statement, registration for pupils in private primary schools will begin on Tuesday, June 9, while registration for pupils in public primary schools will commence on Friday, June 12.
The Ministry said, “The registration exercise for pupils in private primary schools begins on June 9, while registration for pupils in public primary schools starts on June 12.”
