BUKAYO SAKA (ENGLAND)

Unarguably the first name that comes to mind in conversations about Nigerians playing for other countries, Saka was born in Ealing, London, to Nigerian parents and is heading to his second World Cup with England.

The Arsenal forward made his England debut in October 2020 and has not looked back. He scored three goals at the 2022 World Cup and will be one of England’s most important players at this tournament, coming off the back of a Premier League-winning season with Arsenal.
