Apple’s newly announced iOS 27 operating system has introduced Siri AI, a rebuilt version of Apple’s voice assistant powered by advanced AI technology, capable of understanding personal context, handling multi-step tasks across apps, and delivering more conversational interactions.
Unveiled during Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2026, iOS 27 focuses on performance upgrades and artificial intelligence rather than a major visual redesign.
Apple has confirmed that its newly announced iOS 27 operating system will be available on iPhones dating back to the iPhone 11, extending software support to millions of users worldwide and making it one of the company’s broadest iPhone updates to date.
Apple noted that all iPhone 11 models and newer devices will receive iOS 27. However, access to the most advanced AI features, including Siri AI and Apple Intelligence, will be limited to newer devices such as the iPhone 15 Pro series and later models due to hardware
