Former Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, has inaugurated a 600-member campaign council of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, in Kebbi State.
Malami, who is the ADC governorship candidate in the state, inaugurated the campaign council on Wednesday, August 26, 2026.
He charged members to work together and build a strong grassroots structure capable of taking the party’s message to voters across Kebbi.
The former minister said the campaign council was created to coordinate the activities of the ADC and provide a common platform for all its candidates in the state.
According to him, the responsibility of the council goes beyond supporting his governorship ambition.
He said members must also work for candidates contesting for the Senate, House of Representatives and State House of Assembly seats.
