The Dangote Refinery IPO opens on 14 September. Here is where to place your subscription

For years, I have told the young professionals in my community that ownership is what carries wealth across generations, while a salary only carries you through the year. On 14 September, Nigerian investors get their clearest chance in a decade to act on that idea. Dangote Petroleum Refinery opens its public offer at N525 per share, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares. That puts your entry point at roughly N5,250 for a stake in what will become the largest single listed company on the Nigerian Exchange.

Vetiva Capital, the lead issuing house, has designed the offer as Nigeria’s first fully digital retail IPO.
