Over 300 business owners has pledged allegiance to doing business the right and godly ways during the recently concluded Thriving in the Marketplace summit, dedicating their enterprises to the leading of the Holy Spirit for insight and direction.
Convened by Andy Osakwe, senior pastor, Summit Bible Church under the church’s This Generation Project 2026 initiative and powered by the Buildman Leadership Foundation, focusing on building capacity for entrepreneurs, executives and young professionals.
“Today we surrendered. Now we build together with God,” Ndubuisi Chidomere, founder and group chairman, Pamtech Group, stated during the summit. He announced further that participants would be onboarded into a structured follow-up community to continue the work of transforming their businesses into sustainable, kingdom-focused enterprises.
Rather than a traditional motivational address, Chidomere framed his message as a live diagnostic exercise, using an automotive fault-code scanner as a metaphor to ‘read the faults’ keeping Christian entrepreneurs from thriving
