Armed officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, the Nigeria Immigration Service, and the Amotekun corps have arrived at the polling unit where Governor Biodun Oyebanji was expected to vote.
The three agencies appeared to be working in coordination, as their officials arrived at the venue at about the same time.
They were positioned at strategic points to monitor the situation and prevent vote buying, as well as guard against any act of violence that could disrupt the voting process.
