The pan-African Bubble AI is an AI-powered education and career execution platform built to help users move from career uncertainty to clarity, preparation, and employment.
Founded in 2024, Bubble AI combines career diagnosis, personalised roadmaps, learning resources, exam simulation and preparation tools, job discovery and application automation, and interview simulation and preparation inside one connected system.
“In practical terms, Bubble AI helps users identify stronger-fit career opportunities, understand their skill gaps, prepare through personalised learning and assessments, automate parts of the job application process, and improve their readiness for employment. Our broader vision is to become the default operating system for careers in emerging markets,” said Aloaye Collins Otsu, head of marketing and growth strategy at Bubble AI.
That broad vision consists of two main layers. The first is the Bubble AI schools CBT engine, currently used in schools for exam and assessment, automated grading, management and reporting.
“It catches users from an early stage in school and through longitudinal data, can guide them over time on the best career path for them,” said Otsu.
“The second is a job application automation layer that automates job application, career diagnostics, develops a career roadmap for late entrants or career transitioning professionals, interview prep and profile optimisation.”
The platform, though still in its early build-and-scale phase, has grown to over 13,000 users in its first seven months.
