
Nigerian startup StableKlin is a behavioural intelligence platform designed for cleaning businesses and other recurring service providers, which helps business owners understand something that is often difficult to see until it is too late – changes in customer behaviour.
Most cleaning businesses already track bookings, customer details, invoices and payments.
“What they often do not have is a clear way to identify when a loyal customer is gradually becoming less engaged. Customers rarely announce that they are leaving. More often, they start booking less frequently, delay appointments, become less predictable, or quietly drift away over time,” said Dehinde Sogbanmu, StableKlin’s founder.
StableKlin is built to detect those early warning signs. The platform analyses patterns such as a customer’s usual booking frequency, the time since their last service, changes in scheduling habits, consistency over time, and other behavioural indicators. It then highlights customers whose behaviour is beginning to move away from what has historically been normal for them.
“For example, if a customer typically books every four weeks but has not booked for three months, that may indicate more than a simple delay. It could be an early sign that the relationship is weakening,” said Sogbanmu. “The goal is to give business owners greater visibility into customer stability so they can take action earlier, strengthen retention, and reduce the risk of losing valuable repeat business.”
StableKlin was born from a real-world problem Sogbanmu encountered while running Potteries Prime Cleaning, a cleaning business in the UK.
