SATH commits to boosting Africa’s digital transformation

Signal Alliance Technology Holding (SATH), one of Nigeria’s foremost technology firm, has reaffirmed commitment in driving innovation and supporting Africa’s digital transformation.

The organisation made the commitment at its 30-year anniversary celebration themed “Built for This. Ready for What’s Next’, held recently in Lagos. As part of the celebration, the group also rebranded two of its subsidiaries.

CloudSA will now operate as SATH Cloud, while Signal Alliance Consulting will become SATH Technology Consulting.

The rebranding reflects the Group’s continued evolution and its commitment to creating a more unified brand architecture that supports growth, innovation, and deeper value creation for clients.
