Adeniyi Adeyemi The Federal High Court in Abuja has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Adeniyi Adeyemi, the self-styled Director-General of the alleged fictitious Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC), after he failed to appear for his scheduled arraignment over forgery, fraud and impersonation charges.
Adeyemi was expected to appear before Justice Mohammed Umar on Tuesday to answer an eight-count charge in suit number FHC/ABJ/CR/562/2025. However, the proceedings could not continue after he was absent when the matter was called.
Following his failure to appear in court, the prosecution, led by the Inspector-General of Police, applied for a bench warrant, which the court granted, ordering Adeyemi’s arrest.
The charges against Adeyemi and two other defendants were filed on November 27, 2025, by police prosecutor Wisdom Madaki. The prosecution is accusing them of forgery, fraud and impersonation in connection with the activities of the purported Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion
