Stakeholders, and members of the Accord Party in Osun State on Wednesday reaffirmed their support for Gbenga Olawepo-Hashim as the party’s presidential candidate for the 2027 general election, declaring that no political arrangement or external influence could overturn the mandate freely given to him by party members.
The declaration was made during a rally in Osogbo attended by party leaders, women groups, youths, and grassroots supporters from across the state, who gathered to publicly endorse Olawepo-Hashim’s presidential aspiration and reaffirm their commitment to his campaign.
Speaking on behalf of the party, Daniel Adedayo said the rally was convened to demonstrate continued confidence in Olawepo-Hashim’s leadership and to send a clear signal that Accord members in Osun remain firmly behind his presidential bid.
