Yet more than six weeks after a regulatory crackdown disrupted airtime credit services across Nigeria’s telecom sector, over 92 million MTN subscribers remain unable to access MTN’s XtraTime and XtraData services, despite rival operators Airtel and Globacom quietly restoring theirs.
