Panic in FCT community as residents find woman’s headless body in uncompleted building

Residents of Bwari in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) were thrown into panic on Saturday after the decomposing, headless body of a middle-aged woman was discovered in an abandoned, uncompleted building.

The body was found after a strong foul odour began leaking from the building area, prompting concerned residents to investigate.

Community members believe the woman was killed approximately two days before the discovery.

A blood-stained blanket found nearby suggested that the body may have been wrapped and transported to the site even as residents reported visible signs of a violent struggle.
