Led in evidence by the Lagos State prosecutor, Adebola Araba, the witness narrated that her involvement in the case began on July 15, 2023, after Augusta’s mother, Cecilia Onuwagbagbe, lodged a complaint at the Ajah Police Station.

According to Oloye, Cecilia reported that her daughter, a student of Lead City University, Ibadan, had a disagreement with her boyfriend on July 11, 2023.
