Senegalese startup Nixacom launches simple onboarding platform Auto Apply

Senegalese startup Nixacom has launched a simple onboarding platform called Auto Apply to overcome reliance on manual systems.

Founded in October 2023 by CEO Cheikh Gueye, CFO Elhaji Fall and CTO Wangel Yohannes, Nixacom is a tech financing company that makes premium tech products like smartphones, laptops, and tablets accessible to individuals and corporations.  

Gueye, however, told Disrupt Africa that the startup had grown out of its broader work in financial infrastructure.

“As we scaled, it became clear that one of the biggest bottlenecks across institutions wasn’t just capital, but the lack of efficient digital infrastructure, particularly around onboarding, identity verification, and application processing,” he said.

To address this, Nixacom built Auto Apply, a digital onboarding and document automation platform designed specifically for institutions across emerging markets.

“Auto Apply addresses a major challenge we continue to see across Africa, onboarding processes that are still heavily manual, repetitive, and time-consuming. In many cases, customers must fill out multiple forms with the same information, while institutions spend significant time re-entering, verifying, and organising that data internally,” Gueye said.

“With Auto Apply, we’ve built a system that allows institutions to collect customer information once through a single digital flow, automatically generate all required documents and contracts, and complete identity verification in real time. What previously took hours or even days can now be completed in minutes, with a fully structured and compliant onboarding file delivered directly to the institution.”
