A youth stakeholder and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress from the Bungudu Local Government Area of Zamfara State, Sanusi Sa’adu, has called on President Bola Tinubu and the national leadership of the party to reject the defection of the State Governor, Dauda Lawal, to the party over his alleged non-performance in the state.
In a viral video clip viewed by Arewa PUNCH correspondent, the stakeholder described Lawal’s defection from the People’s Democratic Party to the APC as an evil wind that will not blow any good to the party.
The clip, which featured the party chieftain during his public address, spurred our correspondent to initiate an interview session with Sa’adu to actually clarify and articulate his thoughts.
The opportunity provided the platform for him to speak in the Hausa language while the session lasted.
