Chemical and Allied Products Plc (CAP Plc), a subsidiary of UAC of Nigeria Plc, has appointed its Chief Operating Officer, Jethro Iruobe, as an executive director, strengthening its leadership team as the paints and coatings manufacturer pursues its growth strategy.
The appointment takes effect from June 25, 2026, following the approval of the company’s board of directors on June 24.
Before his appointment, Iruobe served as CAP’s chief operating officer, overseeing the company’s human resources, corporate communications, fleet management and commercial excellence functions.
In his new role, he will participate in shaping and executing the company’s strategic priorities, while providing executive leadership across key business functions to drive growth and long-term sustainability.
