Airtel Africa stated that between 15 June 2026 and 19 June 2026, it acquired several batches of its own equities under the ongoing scheme.

“Airtel Africa announces that in the period 15 June 2026 to 19 June 2026, it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of USD 0.50 each from Barclays Capital Securities Limited pursuant to the authority granted by its shareholders as part of its share buyback programme, details of which were announced on 22 May 2026,” the company noted.
