The Kwara State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party on Friday presented Certificates of Return and Independent National Electoral Commission nomination forms to its candidates for the 2027 general elections.
The presentation, held at the party’s state secretariat in Ilorin, saw the PDP hand over Certificates of Return and statutory INEC nomination documents to its 24 House of Assembly candidates who emerged from the party’s primaries across the state’s constituencies.
In a statement issued by its Publicity Secretary, Olusegun Adewara, the party said the presentation marked the completion of its primary election process.
According to the statement, the exercise followed an earlier ceremony at the PDP National Secretariat in Abuja, where the party’s governorship candidate, Bolakale Kawu, its three senatorial candidates and six House of Representatives candidates received their Certificates of Return and INEC Forms EC9 and EC13A.
