Fear is another tactic of the enemy. As one who used to struggle with extreme fear and panic attacks at the slightest scare, I can attest that fear kept my eyes on things that were immediate and not on God. If our lives have become riddled with fear, we will find that we are consumed with the “what ifs.” Life becomes focused on what we can and cannot control versus putting complete faith in God.
