Popular content creator and self-styled relationship coach, Emmanuel Obruste, better known as GehGeh, has told Saturday Beats that the viral videos of him in traditional wedding attire with a woman were promotional content tied to a movie project, not a real marriage.
In an exclusive interview with our correspondent, GehGeh clarified that the widely circulated wedding was never real but a publicity stunt for the project.
He said, “It was all content for visibility for the movie I was working on. Every content creator knows there are different strategies you can use to generate discussions and make your work trend. That’s the approach I used. The goal was to get people talking, and it worked.”
Responding to criticism that his actions contradicted his relationship advice, he dismissed the claims of hypocrisy.
