What does the political atmosphere in Osun look like currently?
I can tell you for free that Osun is being militarised. The Federal Government has clamped down on us and the Osun State Government. This did not start today; it started almost two years ago when the local government allocation was seized, depriving the people of their rights and impacting their welfare. You know what the local government allocation is being used for: the payment of teachers, health workers, traditional rulers and local government workers, including the maintenance of primary health care. Funds for these things were seized by the Federal Government. But the Ademola Adeleke administration has been trying, using the meagre resources available to make sure it covers all these areas
