The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike, on Thursday, said President Bola Tinubu’s Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, was targeted as part of plans to give a bad name to the current administration.
Wike made the remark in response to the corruption saga involving the purported Director-General of the controversial Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council, PFIPC, Adeniyi Adeyemi, and Gbajabiamila.
Speaking during his monthly media chat in Abuja on Thursday, the Minister said Adeyemi should be interrogated because Gbajabiamila can’t be involved in such a fraud.
