
Emmanuel Jakpa, popularly known as Alavin, has withdrawn allegations contained in a viral video against businessman and social media influencer Uyi Godson Agho, popularly known as Godson, urging members of the public to disregard the recording.
The retraction comes days after Godson, an associate of Afrobeats star Wizkid, denied allegations that he defrauded social media influencer Clement Akpobome Ogudu, popularly known as IsokoBoy (ISB), of ₦100 million, insisting that the matter stemmed from a business disagreement rather than fraud.
In a video statement released on Sunday, Alavin said the recording he made on June 28, 2026, did not accurately represent the facts.
“The content of the video is not true. I hereby make this video as a rejoinder and urge the general public to disregard the earlier video being posted online by one Mr. Richie,” he said.
