Biggest Cover-Up: Sowore Slams Arrest of Fake PFIPC DG Adeniyi Adeyemi

Human rights activist and former presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore has sharply criticized the arrest of Prince Adeniyi Adeyemi, the man who presented himself as Director-General of the non-existent Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC), calling it “the biggest cover-up ever.”  

  

Sowore made the comment in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday, reacting to Adeyemi’s arrest shortly after a Federal High Court in Abuja issued a warrant for his arrest. 

He argued that the move, along with reports of Adeyemi’s alleged mistreatment, points to an orchestrated effort to suppress the truth rather than pursue genuine accountability.  

  

 “If the authorities were truly committed to uncovering the facts, President Bola Tinubu’s Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, should also be under arrest and investigation,” Sowore stated.
