Chams Holding Company Plc which grew its revenue by 18 percent to N17.65 billion for the financial year ended December 31, 2025 declared a dividend of three kobo per ordinary share amounting to N270 million.
The dividend reflects the company’s commitment to rewarding shareholders while retaining sufficient capital to support its future growth and expansion initiatives.
The company has appointed Segun Oloketuyi as chairman of the Board following the retirement of founder, Demola Aladekomo.
The technology and digital solutions group reported an operating profit of N1.37 billion, representing a 17 percent increase from N1.17 billion recorded in 2024. Profit after tax also rose by 6.66 percent to N417 million from N391 million in the previous year, underscoring stronger earnings from core operations despite Nigeria’s challenging macroeconomic environment.
