Eniola Sulyman-Yusuf, the elder sister of the Attorney-General of Kwara State, Ibrahim Sulyman, has celebrated her brother’s conferment as a Senior Advocate of Nigeria in an emotional post late Monday.
Sulyman was among the 68 legal practitioners sworn in as Senior Advocates of Nigeria by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, at the 2026/2027 Legal Year ceremony.
The ceremony, which was held on Monday, marked the new legal year. The appointees comprise 67 advocates and one academic, Professor Nnamdi Obiaraeri.
The Legal Practitioners’ Privileges Committee had approved the elevation of the 68 legal practitioners at its 174th plenary session held in Abuja in July.
In a tweet via her X handle on Monday, Eniola noted that Sulyman’s SAN conferment came exactly seven months after the passing of their father.
