Kelvin Ezenyili, the chairman of Oshimili South Local Government Area in Delta State, has called for stronger collaboration among government, private organizations and community stakeholders towards caring for children with special needs.
Ezenyili posited that supporting children with special needs should not be left to government or charitable organisations alone even as he urged individuals, businesses, corporate bodies and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to contribute towards building a more inclusive society for the children.
