The Imo State Commissioner of Police, Audu Garba Bosso, has met with other heads of security agencies to strengthen existing collaboration in the fight against criminal activities in the state, especially during the Ember Months.
The meeting, which was held at the office of the Commissioner of Police, brought together heads and representatives of various security agencies, including the 34 Artillery Brigade, Obinze; 511 Quick Response Group of the Nigerian Air Force; Department of State Services, DSS; and Nigeria Immigration Service.
Others were the Nigerian Correctional Service; Nigeria Customs Service; National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA; Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC; Federal Fire Service; and Imo State Vigilante Organisation.
In his address, the State Commissioner of Police commended the participating agencies for their continued cooperation and contributions to improving the security situation in the state.
