‘Get Ready to Imprison 65m Nigerians’ – PFN Tackles NASS Over Bus Preaching

President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Bishop Francis Wale Oke, has strongly condemned the National Assembly over its move to prohibit preaching inside buses and taxis across the country.

In a viral video, Oke urged Christians to continue preaching in public transport, vowing to challenge the lawmakers and warning that it would be impossible to imprison over 65 million Pentecostal believers.

“We will break that law because our master told us to go into the world and preach the gospel to every creature. If you want to enforce that law, make all the stadiums in Nigeria prisons because we are coming,” he declared.

The PFN leader insisted that Christians would defy such legislation, describing it as “evil” and stressing that obedience to God’s command takes precedence over human decrees. He accused lawmakers of targeting peaceful gospel preachers while ignoring bandits, kidnappers, and other violent criminals.
