Nigerian startup Viewlocked is an AI-powered travel planning platform that helps travellers discover, organise, and eventually book every part of a trip in one place.
Founded in 2025 by Abbey Ola, Viewlocked provides travel businesses with a platform to showcase their services to travellers who are actively planning trips, and helps travellers plan and pay for their trips.
“Today, planning a trip often requires jumping between multiple websites and apps to find accommodations, experiences, transportation, guides, rentals, and local services. Viewlocked brings these elements together into a single platform, allowing travellers to plan more efficiently while discovering trusted local businesses and unique experiences,” Ola said.
The idea emerged, Ola said, from observing how fragmented travel planning remains despite advances in travel technology.
“Travellers often spend significant time switching between platforms to build a single itinerary, while many local travel businesses struggle to gain visibility outside of major booking platforms,” he said.
“The gap we identified was fragmentation. Most travel platforms solve only one piece of the journey. Travellers may use one platform for accommodations, another for experiences, another for transportation, and additional tools for itinerary planning.”
Viewlocked aims to unify those experiences into a single planning environment while helping travellers discover local businesses that may otherwise be difficult to find.
