Nollywood actress Blessing Obasi has bared her mind on how she survived online trolling after her marriage to her younger colleague, Stan Nze.
Speaking in a recent interview, she recalled how she was body-shamed and mocked over her appearance while celebrating her first anniversary. According to her, she was mercilessly dragged over her teeth, and trolls told her to stop laughing in public.
“I was dragged on my first wedding anniversary because of my teeth. Trolls told me to stop laughing publicly because of my dentition”.
Blessing revealed that when Stan first posted her photo online, many questioned their relationship, claiming she looked ten years older than him. Some even expressed the belief that they were only acting because they couldn’t believe he would marry her.
