Singer Seun Kuti, the last son of the Afrobeat legend, Fela Kuti, has stated that he achieved a lot with his public dispute with Wizkid.
Seun stated this while speaking on TVC program ‘Your View’.
Speaking during the programme tagged ‘Inside the Mind of Seun Anikulapo-Kuti’, the singer explained why he believed that he achieved so much from his controversial online exchange with Wizkid over Flea’s legacy.
Also dismissing questions about VeryDarkMan’s fight to liberate Nigeria, he told the TV station to invite VDM for an interview.
Interviewer: “Did you think VeryDarkMan is really fighting to liberate Nigeria?”
Seun Kuti: “He’s giving them money?”
Interviewer: “I don’t understand, does he have money that he’s giving them?”
Seun Kuti: “You can invite him for an interview and ask him. He said he’s not political, that he’s doing charity abi?”
Interviewer: “Are you arrogant Seun?”
Seun Kuti: “I don’t think I’m arrogant
