Former P-Square manager and music executive, Jude Okoye, has dismissed allegations of financial misconduct and royalty diversion levelled against him by his younger brother, Peter Okoye.
Jude, in a video released on Sunday, insisted that all royalty payments and financial distributions were carried out in line with existing agreements and were properly documented.
He was reacting to claims that more than $1.2 million in royalties had been diverted, stressing that the matter had already been investigated by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, and is currently before a competent court.
According to him, “allegations that Peter was removed as a signatory to company bank accounts or denied access to royalty records are false”.
Jude maintained that relevant bank documents, financial records and digital evidence have already been submitted before the court as part of the ongoing legal proceedings, he added.
